Megan Fox Talks About Sex and Her Obsession With Zac Efron
by admin on Nov.24, 2009, under Movies
Megan Fox, who was recently put on the cover of GQ, wants to talk about sex. In her interview, she revealed her thoughts about sex, her acting, and the way Disney treated Miley Cyrus. Talking about sex, Megan Fox revealed that she doesn’t understand why society doesn’t want to talk about it: “Sex is something that everyone does, so why can’t I talk about it?”
For the rest of the interview with GQ, Megan Fox spoke candidly. She frankly discussed her acting abilities and summed it up by saying, “I’ve done one movie. And it’s not a movie I want to stand on as far as acting ability goes. I mean, I’m not going to win an Oscar anytime soon. I’m not Meryl Streep.” About stars like Miley Cyrus and Vanessa Hudgens, who were thrown into the spotlight recently, Megan Fox said, “They take these little girls…teach them how to sing and dance, and make them wear belly shirts, but they won’t allow them to be their own people. It makes me sick. I would never issue an apology for my life and for who I am. It’s like, Oh, I’m sorry I took a naked, private picture that someone … sold for money. … You shouldn’t have to apologize. Someone betrayed Vanessa, but no one’s angry at that person. She had to apologize. I hate Disney for making her do that.”
Megan Fox has also confessed who her celebrity crush is, and he’s none other than the High School Musical teen heartthrob Zac Efron! Zac Efron, who is dating his High School Musical co-star Vanessa Hudgens, has attracted many female fans, young and old alike. In this case, he’s even attracted one of the hottest female stars at the moment, Megan Fox, who’s admitted that, “Zac Efron is my obsession, we’re the same person. We’re not actually here, it’s like Janet and Michael Jackson. He just puts on his wig and a dress, and it’s me, and you don’t know that. It’s one of the greatest mysteries of all time.” Although we’re not quite sure what to make of this cosmic connection, we’ve found that Megan Fox will always remain one of our favorite babes in the years to come.

Every Girl’s Poster Boy Zac Efron
by admin on Nov.16, 2009, under Movies
You knew him as Troy Bolton in the hit Disney Channel movie franchise High School Musical. As Link Larkin in the recent film Hairspray. Zac Efron is a certified hot men in every sense of the word as he included in AOL’s 25 Under 25: Hollywood’s Hottest Young Stars. He proved that in his recent tour in Japan where he attended the premiere of his latest movie Hairspray. He was well reciprocated by fans and spectators alike.
Zac’s reel and real life loveteam Vanessa Hudgens still goes strong despite of the latter’s nude pics and suspected sex video. It all started in High School Musical where Vanessa portrayed Gabriella. He also appeared in the music video of her girlfriend’s hit single Say Ok as a term of support for her album. As days pass, he is emerging a single profile among this hit teen movie. It is also reported that he will reprise Kevin Bacon’s role in the remake of Footloose. If plans will go smoothly, we will see Zac as bad as he can be.
But before his massive popularity, he appears in television in a guest role such as Firefly, ER and The Guardian. He landed a role in WB’s Summerland along with Jesse McCartney. After 16 episodes the show is canceled. Two years of wait and here comes a High School Musical which launched his career together with Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, and Corbin Bleu. Aside from that, its original soundtrack sold more than 3 million copies worldwide.
It doesn’t stop Zac conquering America’s big screen as he is topbilled among with Amanda Bynes, Nikki Blonsky and John Travolta via Hairspray. Then comes the reunion of the cast as they did High School Musical 2 as they garnered an average 17 million viewers worldwide. It also made history in cable tv as the most-watched show in America. Not only that, the third installment of High School Musical 3 is said to be pushing through as they will start filming January next year. For sure fans of these successful musical flick will definitely watch out for this one.
In 2006, he won twice in that year’s Teen Choice Awards for Choice Breakout Star and Choice Chemistry all for the movie HSM. He is also a recipient of this year’s Hollywood Film Award’s Ensemble for the movie Hairspray. He is set to film Adam Shankman’s Seventeen which tells an adult transformed into a 17 year-old teen. As what Rolling Stone Magazine said, he is another American Heartthrob on the rise.

Sweeney Todd
by admin on Sep.19, 2009, under Movies
Many readers may have seen a version of “Sweeney Todd” in one of its many incarnations in theaters, often as a musical, and on television. Now an exciting production that reunites Tim Burton and Johnny Depp will come to the big screen in early 2008. Some of the world’s most talented actors join them in what is sure to become a classic rendition of this macabre story.
Dream Works Pictures collaborate with Warner Brothers Pictures to bring us “Sweeney Todd” executive produced by Patrick McCormick and produced by Richard D. Zanuck, Walter F. Parkes, Laurie MacDonald, and John Logan. Based on the book by Hugh Wheeler and originally brought to the stage by Harold Prince, this marvelous production evolves from the musical version from Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler. John Logan wrote the screenplay that Tim Burton directed. In addition to Depp, the cast also includes the splendid Helen Bonham Carter, sinister Alan Rickman, Timothy Spall, Jamie Campbell Bower, Jayne Wisener, and the ever zany Sacha Baron Cohen. The film is not yet rated. For a complete list of cast, crew, and those behind the scenes please visit http://www.sweeneytoddmovie.com/. It’s due for wide release in January 2008, with limited runs in the US beginning in December 2007.
“Sweeney Todd” Plot
To give you a clue about “Sweeney Todd”, some productions used the title “Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street”. It seems Benjamin Barker, wrongly imprisoned in Victorian England for a crime he didn’t commit, wants revenge. Barker (lusciously played by Depp) becomes Sweeney Todd and opens a Fleet Street barber shop. While he was in jail his wife and child experienced violence at the hand of the horrific judge (Alan Rickman), adding fuel to Barker’s fire. He gives his clients such complete shaves that once they enter the shop, they are never seen again; at least in the same shape they went in. Thanks to Sweeney Todd’s accomplice, the evilly scary Mrs. Lovett (Helena Bonham Carter) they end up in meat pies. Joining this perfectly cast lineup are Timothy Spall as the judge’s cohort, and Sacha Baron Cohen as Barker’s tonsorial competition. In the frequent style of Burton-Depp collaboration, “Sweeney Todd” is both eerie and fun.
Tim Burton and Johnny Depp
Fans of “Edward Scissorhands”, “Ed Wood”, “Sleepy Hollow”, “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”, and “Corpse Bride” will walk not run to “Sweeney Todd”. For those new to the partnership, you’re in for a tasty surprise as these two brilliant and unorthodox unite once again to bring us some terrific entertainment.

Coming Soon: Dj Grayson/robin Without Bruce Wayne/batman and Jack Sparrow Without Will and Elisabeth
by admin on Aug.31, 2009, under Movies
Dick “DJ” Grayson is mostly known as Robin: Batman’ sidekick. The only thing we know about him before Bruce took under his wing is that he was a young acrobat and part of the family act called The Flying Graysons. A gangster named Boss Zucco killed his parents by sabotaging their trapeze equipments.
Well guess what? You might actually get to know more about The Boy Wonder’s early years: CW is working on a one-hour series about DJ’s life before Batman called The Graysons. With Smallville probably coming to an end, it is considered as either its replacement or its companion. It will be produced by Smallville’s executive producers (Kelly Souders and Brian Peterson) – Surprise! – with Supernatural’s (McG).
According to Variety “It will be set in modern times and follow DJ as he experiences the challenges of growing up, first love, rivals and close knit family life that will eventually inspire him to lead a life of crime fighting along side Batman on the streets of Gotham City.”
He will more likely be a teen like 1995 Batman Forever rather than an 8 years old kid like in the DC Comics.
The question is: will it survive? Smallville is about how Clark Kent discovers his origins, super powers and other abilities. He also has to learns how control them and keep it a secret from his friends and the rest of the world while trying to live a normal life. Compared to it, The Graysons looks so pale. Entertainment Weekly calls it “the worst idea ever of the week” and I agree.
I wouldn’t have mind a pre Batman story with Bruce Wayne. What I think is weird is that originally, producers wanted to tell the story of a young Bruce Wayne but had to shift their sights to young Clack Kent.
Welcomed with so many criticisms, I wonder if the story will actually make it to the big screens.
Pirates Of The Caribbean’s The Curse Of The Black Pearl grossed $655,011,224, Dead Man’s Chest $1,065,659,812, At World’s End $952,420,425 and the theme park is the most popular in Disneyland.
With a franchise doing so well, it’s no wonder that Disney is working on a fourth installment: The Fountain Of Youth. It is scheduled to be released in 2011. Captain Jack Sparrow and Captain Barbossa are on a race to find it. This leaves no places for Will and Elisabeth. – They are probably living happily ever after with their son at some corner of the world. – Does it mean that there will be no romance in the story this time? No one knows yet. Other detail which has been released so far is that the story will mostly be around Captain Jack Sparrow’s past and his family. It will be in the same vein as Jules Verne (big flying machines) with a visit to a lost place (probably Atlantis). It will be an adventure/science fiction pirate story – That’s a first – It hasn’t been confirmed yet, but producer Jerry Bruckheimer might make it a trilogy.
Even tough Orlando Bloom (William Turner) and Keira Knightley (Elisabeth Swann Turner) won’t be part of it, it seems like it has more chance than The Graysons.
Johnny Depp is going to be quite busy. Other than Pirate Of The Pirates Of The Caribbean: The Fountain Of Youth, he also is scheduled to play Mad Hatter in Alice In Wonderland and Tonto in Lone Ranger.

Film Review: Pirates of the Caribbean: at World’s End
by admin on Aug.17, 2009, under Movies
First there was Spider-Man 3, then there was Shrek The Third, now comes Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, the third part in the third trilogy of this summer (which will be followed by Ocean’s Thirteen, The Bourne Ultimatum, Rush Hour 3, and Resident Evil: Extinction soon enough). At World’s End (AWE) having been filmed at the same time as the previous installment gives it an added advantage in that there hasn’t been a long waiting period in between films (less than a year) and that audiences still have Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) and crew on the mind.
This film opens not long after second as the East India Trading Company is killing off all the people who have been called pirates or are pirate sympathizers as Lord Beckett (Tom Hollander) uses Davy Jones (Bill Nighy) to destroy pirate ships all across the oceans. Meanwhile Will Turner (Orlando Bloom), Elizabeth Swan (Keira Knightley), and Newly resurrected Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) are not only trying to unite the Pirate Lords against the East India Trading Company but are also trying to save Sparrow from the bowels of Davy Jones Locker. With the help of voodoo priestess Tia Dalma (Naomie Harris) they will set across the Netherworld to bring Sparrow back from the land of the dead in order to awaken Calypso from her entrapment in a human body. It’s a complex story where characters betray each other left and right and you’re never sure who’s good and who’s bad and who just doesn’t have a clue (as does seem the case with Sparrow most of the time.
Unlike in the previous film the stories are better integrated in the whole of the film and even though there is a lot of story there is more in the way of action. This is due in part to Ted Elliot and Terry Rossio who return for a third time on the screenplay and director Gore Verbinski who provides a consistent vision throughout. The fight scenes are more elaborate and even though the Kracken doesn’t return for this film there is plenty to keep the huge cast occupied throughout. AWE not only strives to entertain but elevate above the trappings of other action-adventure films in order to have a film with backbone and something to say.

Film Review: Edward Scissorhands
by admin on Aug.10, 2009, under Movies
Director Tim Burton is known for his fantasy fables and none are as heart warming and innovative than EDWARD SCISSORHANDS. With a screenplay by Caroline Thompson (with whom he co-wrote the story with) the film delves into the magic and mystery of what happens when a stranger with a unique gift awakens a normal “sleeping” community. It’s not only a story about an entire community being changed by one person but that one person being changed both for the good and bad by that community. It’s about a person who only wants to learn to be more human and find his place in the world.
Edward is brought to glorious life by Johnny Depp in one of his most memorable roles. He brings humanity to an artificially created person with more heart than any of the humans depicted in the film. Winona Ryder is fantastic against Depp as Kim, the object of Edward’s undying affection. The innocence of the bond and love between these two characters is what makes the outcome of their doomed relationship so tragic yet inevitable. The film has wonderful supporting performances from Dianne Wiest, Anthonthy Michael Hall, Kathy Baker, and Alan Arkin, to name a few. This overwhelmingly talented cast brings magic to this fable.
Another addition to the magic of this film is Bo Welch’s production design who worked with Burton on BEETLEJUICE and would again work with him on BATMAN RETURNS. Welch’s contribution to the film’s world (as well as the rest of the production staff) cannot be understated as the location and look of the film is just as much a character as the people that inhabit it. Frequent collaborator Danny Elfman provides the wonderful score as he does for most of Burton’s films.
EDWARD SCISSORHANDS is a world just on the surface of our own that we wished we had more opportunities to visit.

Which movies you have, and where do you store them (CDs, DVDs, VHS or so)? What movies you heard of and would like to see? Which actors starred in which movies («honey, I want to watch something with Johnny Depp!»)? Which movies are new in your collection and you haven’t seen them just yet? All of these questions (and much more) are easily answerable with All My Movies software.
«Oh», you would say, «I’m so lazy! I simply wouldn’t fill out all those fields in the movie database. I have hundreds of movies, and for each of them I would have to type in the Name, Actors, Genre, Year, Description: Brrrrr!»
Nothing like that! All My Movies connects to movie databases (like IMDB) and loads all the descriptions auto-magically. Moreover, you can provide your favorite movies with screenshots taken directly from the DVD or AVI files.
The software’s capabilities don’t exhaust by the «what I have» database. It also can serve as a (very!) convenient play list (sure! why do you need *two* programs for organizing and viewing your movies?) and the tool of «communication»: You can export the movies lists and give them to your friends; you can manage the movies taken by your friends or given to you. Really, you wouldn’t look for other movie organizer, once you take a glance at All My Movies!.
Dont forget give us your comments, your report with our movies. We will find all on internet, and fix broken links.
Oh, you are good man when give me broken links report, give MoviesPlayGround about your thinking.

Alice in Wonderland is More Popular Than Ever – From Mad Hatter Tea Sets to a New Disney Movie
by admin on Jun.26, 2009, under Movies
The old classic tale from Lewis Carroll, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland is getting more and more popular these days. The story is still appealing to children and adults alike even though it was first written in 1864. Alice in Wonderland is not just any ordinary child fiction. This classic story is full of philosophy and truisms. The absurdity of the plot is enthralling and this is why it has such a great fan base all over the world.
Young children love it because of curious characters and the feeling of adventure. But teenagers and young adults are looking for the darker side of Alice. They find alternative and deeper meanings in this story, which make young adults even more curious about the eccentric Wonderland.
Alice in Wonderland has thousands of fans who gather in discussion forums and blogs to ponder upon the storyline and the odd characters. Many are making their own films and plays adding their own interpretations along the way. The story has found its way into the hearts of countless people and it has triggered their interest to research the life of its writer Lewis Carroll as well as his other publications and writings. Others have put their devotion into collecting Alice merchandise and paraphernalia. Alice has inspired a restaurant décor in Tokyo and a tourist attraction centre in the UK.
Certainly the new film of Alice in Wonderland, a new Disney production which will be directed by Tim Burton, is adding its buzz to the popularity of the story. Truly there must be something extra special in the story because it attracts many Hollywood stars including Johnny Depp to the extent that they will jump to the opportunity of being part of the film cast.
The hype around Alice seems to be ever increasing and diversifying. Soon there will be no child in the western world that hasn’t had a chance to enjoy Alice in Wonderland in one form or another.

Many are making their own films and plays adding their own interpretations along the way. The story has found its way into the hearts of countless people and it has triggered their interest to research the life of its writer Lewis Carroll as well as his other publications and writings. Pirates of the Caribbean at World’s End: What Was This About?
by admin on Jun.23, 2009, under Movies
In At World’s End, Will Turner (played by the dreadful actor Orlando Bloom) seeks to save his dad’s death from Davy Jones. Alright, the hell with the frivolous plot. Nobody has any idea what the hell any of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies are about, but that is impertinent. At World’s End is supposedly the last movie in the trilogy of this epic Disney franchise, and there are some hits and misses. The cons being the aforementioned storyline or lack thereof. Why the hell is there a scene where Calypso and that squid (Davy Jones) are attempting to establish a rapport? I am still confounded by Chow Yun- Fat’s role in this movie. What was the deal with Calypso transforming into a bevy of crabs? That is her uncanny ability; she can turn into a myriad of crabs. I kid you not. I am dead serious. Throughout the duration of the movie, Calypso was perceived to be this unstoppable, untenable, unbelievable “Goddess.” For a “Goddess,” that is an immensely egregious talent. The pros being the always engrossing Johnny Depp as Captain Sparrow, Elizabeth Swan, and the action sequences. The movie is significantly facetious due in part of the brilliance of Mr. Depp. A perfect example of this is when Jack begins hallucinating and stating hilarious lines like “He who fights and runs away, lives to run away again.” I have always interpreted that quote to mean if you are a coward, you will always be a coward. Judging the Pirates movies on storyline is an enormous blunder. I view the Pirate movies as a comedy, and I believed At World’s End was the funniest. Therefore, I am picking it as the best of the 3 movies.
Final Verdict: See it because Captain Jack Sparrow is worth the price of admission.
